There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Ramras: Page 3, line 2: Delete "a new subsection" Insert "new subsections" Page 3, following line 5: Insert a new subsection to read: "(f) In (b) of this section, "port of call" does not include a privately owned port that is part of a private resort, whether or not the resort is located in a municipality." Representative Ramras moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. 2007-05-05 House Journal Page 1134 Representative Holmes objected. Representative Ramras declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Stoltze: Page 1, line 2, following "bureaus;" (title amendment): Insert "repealing provisions authorizing gambling on cruise ships and the taxation of those gambling activities;" Page 3, following line 5: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 5. AS 05.16.010, 05.16.020, and 05.16.030 are repealed." Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
